Happiness

“Happiness isn’t something we can go out and find, or seek things to make us so. Happiness is something we do, it’s a skill, and the more we learn how to do it, the better we are at it, and the more we inspire those who love us to try it too.

It’s not like money, something to be received and kept. Rather, it’s like exercise; nobody goes on quests to discover the long sought-after Exercise; they just get up, do it, and they’re exercised - and like happiness, they must do it all over again to reap the benefits. Be happied, again and again and again and again.”
